We already have a command line parameter 'driveropts'. I see no need
for an environment variable. Logically, if you have a CDR_DRIVEROPTS
variable, you also need CDR_SPEED, CDR_MODE={tao,sao,dao,etc}, CDR_PAD,
CDR_DVD_FORMATTYPE, etc., etc.
I do agree that burnfree should be enabled by default.
