[Debburn-devel] Problem using genisomage

Hi,

by help of a MS-Windows owner i can now confirm that the Boot Image
file etfsboot.com (e.g. in D:\Apps\osmedia\boot\) contains the
following strings

CDBOOT: Cannot boot from CD - Code: 3
  CDBOOT: Couldn't find BOOTMGR
  CDBOOT: Memory overflow error
  Yth;
  SVRP
  XZ^[
  SETUPLDR.BINBOOTMGRBOOTFIX.BINBOOTI386AMD64;1

So it is clear that the El Torito Boot Record of the modified ISO
leads the BIOS to the execution of that file.

The last line looks like a list of filenames. Among them "BOOTMGR".

Maybe somebody with x86 assembler knowledge and access to etfsboot.com
could tell under which circumstances the text
  "CDBOOT: Couldn't find BOOTMGR"
is issued and how "BOOTMGR" shall be found.

Adam, can you find out from what file of the ISO (probably in /boot)
contains the message
"FATAL: Could not read from the boot medium! System halted"

Have a nice day :)

Thomas
