[debhelper-devel] [Bug 1264550] [NEW] dh-autoreconf is not in debhelper

Public bug reported:

If you run `pdebuild` on package without `dh-autoreconf` installed, it
will fail, because `pdebuild` tries to clean up before building, and
clean up fails if `dh-autoreconf` is used.

Because this package provides such essential functionality as clean up.
I propose to add it to `debhelper`. Otherwise the stuff becomes too
