The contents of the .alias file is very simple.

Some examples:
$ cat fa.multi he.multi ku.multi
# Generated with Aspell Dicts "proc" script version 0.60.3
add fa-common.multi
add fa-scientific.multi
# Generated with Aspell Dicts "proc" script version 0.60.3
add he.rws
# Generated with Aspell Dicts "proc" script version 0.60.3
add ku.rws
