Yes, there is: In the settings page, you see all the wiki pages you
currently watch. You can use a regular expression instead of full page
names, such as "DebianEeePCFrench/.*" for the French pages or
"DebianEeePC/.*" for all EeePC pages. Hope this is what you are looking
for.
