Hi,

I noticed you haven't received a reply yet, it's probably a good idea to
report it as an upstream bug too. 

If you do, there are two other things you could try:

* output of sudo ddcprobe 
suggested from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Reporting

and

* Option "ModeDebug" "true" in xorg.conf
as mentioned in the "intel" manpage.
