If the modules were in the image, then they should have been installed
in the target system. Unless there was a very small time frame when the
module udeb was uploaded but the finish-install stuff wasn't uploaded
yet. Otherwise a bug needs to filed. (I have tested the standard and it
did install the atl2 modules for me, but it would be interesting to here
from others)
