[Debian-hebrew-common] Moved kkbswitch to KDE category

Hi,
I am not in the list, so please, at least CC to me on this topic.
I edited your wiki today, and there is no option to comment on the edit,
so I comment here. kkbswitch is not necessary on GNOME because there is
a panel applet called "Keyboard Indicator" that does the job well out of
the box. If I understand correctly, there will be separate meta-packages
for general desktop and for KDE. Thus, kkbswitch fits better under the
KDE section. Users of other desktops than GNOME and KDE will have to
install kkbswitch.
Keep the good job. You are making the best distro better!
