[Debian-hebrew-common] Subversion repository

Hi,

A subversion repository is setup for the project at svn.debian.org.

It is now possible to see it on the web at
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/debian-hebrew

You can pull it anonymously by the command:
svn co svn://svn.debian.org/debian-hebrew/

And if you are part of the debian-hebrew project you can commit to it by
  checking out: svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-hebrew/

Note that the svn and svn+ssh repositories are in different paths. If
your username on your local machine is not the same as the one on the
alioth project you need to use a url of the form:
svn+ssh://username@svn.debian.org/svn/debian-hebrew/

Some of the project files are already imported, I'm working to import
the rest and will finish it soon.
