[Debian-hebrew-common] Bidi UI packaging

I'm starting to package bidui's new version. If I remark correctly, there
were older versions packaging issues discussed here in the past.
Is there any important thing I should know for your (people who already
did that work) experience before I get started? is this documented
somewhere? (blogs, sites, etc?)
