[Debian-hebrew-common] getting new fribidi into testing

debian-release if update is needed)
    * Not considered

Which tests do you want to do before we ask to get the new version into
lenny ?

We can try and ask binnmus for libfribidi0 reverse dependencies, we need
to make sure d-i still works fine with the new udeb package.

Anything else ?
