Hi Kevin,

could you put the source for the aspell dictionaries also online? The
versions distributed on the aspell site are only some kind of "meta
source". I don't think that really counts as "prefered from for
modification", and indeed patching the provided dictionaries isn't
possible in a really clean way.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that the official dictionaries are
non-free, but the source should be available in any case.

Without the source it is not easy to see if it's up to date, and which
changes were made.
