[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#466031: kkbswitch: US-English flag misconfigured

Hi,

Since a couple of versions ago, I see the number 1 instead
of the US flag when in US-English keyboard. When I checked
the configuration, it seems the keyboard layout is called
"USA", and the flag is called "United States of America".

I'm not sure when the incongruence was created, not even sure
if it's general or, somehow, just on my system. Anyway,
I thought I should report it.
