[Debian-hebrew-package] hdate-applet patches and bugs

I've been working on porting (part of) hcal-applet to my Nokia 770, and
have generated some patches (and uncovered several bugs).

The attached evolution-optional.patch reworks configure.in and adds
appropriate #ifdefs to make it easy to build only ghcal, and to make it
possible to build ghcal without a dependency on libecal.

The attached ecal-query.patch fixes a bug where all recurring
appointments would be shown for a given day regardless of whether they
occurred on that day.

There's another bug that I haven't figured out how to patch -- my
all-day events (here in UTC-0600) are appearing on two days: the current
day, and the day before. If you have any idea how to fix this, please
let me know.

I'll have more patches when I make a couple interface tweaks.
