[Debian-hebrew-package] Pyfribidi bug/patch on SF

Hi,

I've added Yoann Roman's patch to fribidi and uploaded
pyfribidi2-0.8.0 to the pyfribidi sf site

The package is called fribidi2 now, and uses fribidi2 (fribidi version >=  0.19)

On systems where fribidi2 library file is called libfribidi and not
libfribidi2, users will have to change the
configure.in file manualy:
PKG_CHECK_MODULES(fribidi2, fribidi2)  => PKG_CHECK_MODULES(fribidi, fribidi)
Or install a patched fribidi.
