I've come to the same conclusion on this.

But in case someone wants to package it, here's what I've found out so far:

Build-Depends: x11proto-xf86dga-dev, x11proto-xf86vidmode-dev,
libxxf86vm-dev, libxaw7-dev, ...

Problems because of which it won't compile:
sed -i 's/#include <iostream.h>/#include <iostream>\n#include
<cstdlib>\nusing namespace std;/' *.C
sed -i 's/void main/int main/' *.C
sed -i 's/(int)xkb/(long)xkb/' *.C
