I guess you mean educating various details of packaging to people 
unfamiliar with Debian packaging.

I see a need for that, but personally I have my hands full: I feel that 
my time is currently better spent helping people _familiar_ with Debian 
packaging to package Sugar activities.  Which has shown to be a task on 
its own.
