[Debian-olpc-devel] lintian warning

hi,
In previous mails ,it was mentioned to get rid of the lintian warning ,

sugar-sliderpuzzle-activity source:
build-depends-on-python-dev-with-no-arch-any

we were supposed to add this rule

# Suppress unneeded auto-resolved build-dependency on python-dev

CDBS_BUILD_DEPENDS_class_python-autotools_python =
python$(cdbs_python_nondefault_version)

but i was still getting error even after i added it and built the package
again.It seems from
here<http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-olpc-devel/2010-April/002374.html>that
ther is a proper place to add that rule but i was unable to make that
out what will be the right place.Any more pointers to get rid of this
warning?
