Generally you can pipe lintian responses through lintian-info for a more 
detailed explanation.  I often do it like this (all on one single line):

echo 'W: sugar-sliderpuzzle-activity: unknown-locale-code mvo' | lintian-info


Use lintian as a helping hand, not an authoritative force.  What it 
provides is hints, not absolute judgement.
