It exactly says:

  qtbase-opensource-src build-depends on:
  - alpha:libpq-dev
  alpha:libpq-dev depends on:
  - alpha:libpq5 (= 9.4.5-1)
  alpha:libpq5 depends on missing:
  - alpha:libssl1.0.0 (>= 1.0.0)

And libssl1.0.0 is not available anymore because of the openssl
transition. The libssl1.0.2 replaces it.
