The party stopper seems to be python2.7 here which wanna-build can't
schedule for a binNMU without any external help. I have already built
and uploaded python2.7 manually for sparc64 and x32.

@Torsten and Helge: Could you take care of hppa and m68k? I will take
care of sh4 tomorrow.
