testing between UBC clients and four different European servers
(ftp.de.debian.org, ftp.at.debian.org, ftp.se.debian.org and ftp.gr.debian.org)
reveals that the only carrier common to the slow path (ftp.de.debian.org) is
Canarie.  Let's see what the NMC can find out, tomorrow.
