Yeah, that seemed some spurious error which solved itself. However,
it seems, it's back in a slightly different way. Now wanna-build
claims that init-system-helpers is missing on m68k, powerpcspe
and sh4 despite the packages being there and up-to-date:

Very odd. Are there possibly problems with the filesystem the
database is stored on?
