Hi David, Sven, *.
I also tried it and it worked in a virtual LPAR as well as in an LPAR 
with all hardware visible.

As Sven said, could you please write where it stopped/failed?

I hope nobody gets angry i will post the "complete" startup console 
output with Sven's kernel. Hoping that this is not "too large"...

David, hopefully you can compare the output with your "failing" console.
