That's again not what I meant. Yes, of course all packages go into the archive.
What I meant was people looking for information about the packages. I see us
having a complete overview of all packages related to XML and SGML at some point
in time. Kind of a one-stop-shop for everything XML and SGML that's in Debian.
So, to make it easier for people to find whatever info they're after it makes
sense to categorize the packages. That's all I was thinking. JUst a thought...

True, but we can always reorg later if the mess becomes to big. By the way,
hardly anybody would ever be in the repository itself. CVS does all the
work for us.

Well, if we e.g. "Debian XML/SGML Project <...@...>" as maintainer of all the
packages we maintain through the project, then we get automagically a page
like the following:
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php/developer.php?login=ardo
which contains all the info and link one needs (and more).
