[debian-yeeloong-project] emacs23-nox can not be installed

Hi,

Squeeze's emacs23-nox can't be installed on the Yeeloong. It seems [1]
this has happened before (or is still happening). As suggested in the
bug report, I rebuilt the package on my Yeeloong and then it worked.
Who should I talk to about refreshing the emacs23 binaries?
