[Debootloaders-silo] Bug#224870: silo: doesn't load config file when on raid 1

Hi,

there is a fix in the silo git available to close this bug. Take a look
at Ben Collins commit on 2007-05-19 [1].

It would be nice to include these fix to debain package.
