[debpool] Test cases

Hi,

I have just created a private branch based on Magnus'
branch and committed the test cases I wrote (they were not part
of my debpool debian package). To execute them, simply type
"make check" in the "tests" subdirectory. The
libtest-unit-perl package is needed for the tests to work.
