Hello!

I've just uploaded into unstable a new version of everything.  The new
library API is launched, and I hope it's solid enough to stay stable for
a while.

I wanted to call it 1.0 and figure out a nice smart
versioning/dependency/shlibs scheme for it, but at the end I gave up and
I just made a 0.9 one.  The big showstopper for everything was that
making a shlib package with a different soname requires the FTP-masters
to handle the package as NEW, with like 3 weeks of wait for things to
get into the archive.  So, please build on 0.9: it's the cool thing!

I also revamped the debtags.alioth.debian.org website.  No graphic
changes, but big content changes: it should be much more useful now.
