[Debtags-devel] DOAP "Description of a Project"

Hi,
What i was thinking about was mostly in the line of adding debtags
support to DOAP (not DOAP support to debtags) and provide a tool to
generate debtags-parseable information from the DOAP description of a
project.
That would allow project maintainers to classify their project, and us
to get the necessary information directly from them instead of having
to tag that ourselves (or later the debian package maintainer having
to do this)
