Hello,

I just committed using pkgAcquireStatus in updateDebtagsDatabase: this
allows to print status updates while the update procedure is downloading
things.

Would you like to give it a try before I upload the new library in
Debian?  It should be binary compatible, as the only interface change is
adding a new function at the end of a pure virtual base class.
