No, not in sid yet.  I wanted to add swig bindings before uploading, but
it looks like swig doesn't generate iterators for std::set yet, so the
bindings I have so far they give you a TagSet but you can't see what's
inside :(

I have to decide if I want to work around it or if I want to just
release it without the bindings.

You mean, doing what "cat /var/lib/debtags/vocabulary" does?

I could add it as a convenience.  What would you use it for?
