I confirm, something went wrong during the changes. Namely, debtags
submit converts all tags in the patch to special::invalid-tag if it
doesn't find them in the vocabulary, and I forgot to run 'debtags
update' before sending the patch :(

I've resubmitted the new role:: tags: they should be back in shape on
the next nightly export of the packagebrowser.

Since I've instead deleted the patches I've sent for the 'format'
migration, I'm now redoing it starting from the most recent backup which
still has the format:: data. I'll submit that patch in an hour or so.

I'll also try to remove all the special::invalid-tags created in the
meantime.

Luckily, (thanks Erich!) the packagebrowser does have backups.

Ciao,

Enrico
