I believe it is feasible, if package maintainers agree to tag the packages
they are responsible for... But surely, some won't...
I believe it is sustainable, if the UI people use for tagging is
efficient.

Yes, but this is incomplete. Mapping debram to debtags provides
only one tag for a package, which is not enough in most cases.

This is probably not reasonable, but this deserves respect anyway.
But obviously, the same strategy cannot work with debtags.
