[Debtags-devel] How can I help?

My name is David Alexander Contreras Castillo and I'm interesting on help to
proyect Debian in this branch, usability and debtags.

I'm from Colombia and I'm member of debiancolombia[1], I help to Debian
with the package casu[2] and I would like to help the proyect with the
usability, My question is what can I help?. I know Html,latex and C/C++  I look
up the FAQ "How can I help?"  and I disposed to learn and work in the web,
development and documents.
