I suggest you tag the last version of the trunk (by the usual making a
copy into the tags/ directory) and then svn rm the trunk.  Or
alternatively, you can svn rm everything inside the trunk and commit a
small README file saying that development has stopped and one could find
the last version in tags/debram-xxyy.

For the debram webpage, I'd do the same thing: if you really want to
delete it, replace it with a placeholder.  The reason is that there will
always be some old link pointing to it, and at least people landing
there can see what happened.

I'd actually suggest to keep all the informations in the webpage, and
add a notice at the top explaining the status of things.
