On the usefulness of facet::TODO tags

Hello,

try this one:

  http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/ssearch.html

enter 'transcription', click on 'Search'.

We don't have a tag for it, but trascription-related packages have been
tagged with field::TODO.  field::TODO is regognised as relevant, and
gives an approximate result set which indeed contains transcription
packages.

I'm still considering of filtering *::TODO tags from the smart search,
but I find this result intriguing.
