how can I make queries on the latest debtags database?

Friends,
I see two versions of debtags database. One (stable) is shown by `aptitude' and `debtags' commands. The other (unstable) one is on the web.
http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/edit.html
Is it somehow possible to make queries over the fresh (unstable) debtags database in a similar manner as it is possible to make queries over the stable one? I.e.
debtags search devel::lang:prolog
gives nothing over stable but the web-interface shows that `gprolog' is already tagged with such a tag. I would, for example, be interested what other packages are tagged with this tag (from a command line or in some similar way). Is something like that possible?
Thanks in advance...
