add tftp protocol

Some extra information on tftp :

Currently, many package are tagged with tfp, which is miss-leading, IMO.

I propose the following description for the tftp tag :

> Tftpd is a server which supports the Internet Trivial File Transfer
> Protocol  .  

Trivial File Transfer Protocol, a simple file transfer protocol.
 TFTP allows a client to get or put a file onto a remote host.
 One of  its primary uses is the network-booting of diskless 
 nodes on a Local Area Network. It's designed to be easy to 
 implement so it fits on ROM.
