Patch to the vocabulary file

Hello everybody,

I've written some tags and facets long descriptions and it would be
good if someone reviewed it, since English is not my mother tongue.
These changes have already been applied on alioth:
http://alioth.debian.org/~tassia-guest/vocabulary-browser/html/index.html
I can continue improving the descriptions, tough I think the file
deserves some cleaning.

Questions about the vocabulary:

- Extra fields like 'Status', 'Nature', 'Responsible', 'Comments',
'Implies', 'Flags' are they still useful? Should they be removed them
from the vocabulary? If the answer is not, should they be presented at
the vocabulary-browser?

- I'm not sure what to do with tags with no facet name. In the file,
they appear just after the X11 facet, but seem to be garbage from old
versions. At the vocabulary-browser they are shown as part of the X11
facet.
