As far as I can see, debuild has a parser for each option that later
is forwarded to other programs. So it's possible to have a complete
list, and "outdated" will happen only as a result of sloppy
development. Inaccurancy is not a problem if the debuild manpage
just tells "The following options are forwarded to dpkg-...", followed
by the list.

This however was enough information to guide the curious who want to
understand what a specific option does.

Disclaimer: I might have misunderstood how debuild actually deals with
@ARGV.
