mk-origtargz: Use the already parsed $data to check for Files-Excluded

Dear James again,

I also noticed that the test suite is failing:

testFileExclusion
Serving HTTP on 0.0.0.0 port 8000 ...
127.0.0.1 - - [04/May/2014 22:35:03] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 -

  (local version is 0)
127.0.0.1 - - [04/May/2014 22:35:03] "GET /foo-1.tar.gz HTTP/1.1" 200 -
Invalid Files-Excluded pattern (;\), \ can only escape \, *, or ? characters
uscan: error: mk-origtargz --package foo --version 1 --compression xz --directory .. --copyright-file debian/copyright ../foo-1.tar.gz gave error exit status 255
ASSERT:pristine tarball is not created
ASSERT:pristine tarball is not gzip-compressed
tar: /tmp/tmp.0zW7anUNsQ/foo_1.orig.tar.gz: Funktion open fehlgeschlagen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
ASSERT:file that must be present is excluded in the tarball

Is that caused by your changes to globbing? Did you maybe forgot to push
your updates to the testsuite?

I was about to look into a problem Andreas had with mk-origtargz, but I
don’t really like touching code where I cannot run a testsuite to verify
my changes.

Greetings,
Joachim
