Bug#883396: debsnap: Add way to just get the latest version

Hello,

Very often, I would like to just download the latest binary .deb of a
given package. I would have thought I could use something like

debsnap --binary mybin last

where "last" would be some special token to mean "the latest version
available", but I don't seem something like this available in debsnap, I
have to first run --list, and then copy/paste the latest version. It
would be really nice to avoid that step.
