+MiniDebconf Colombia. Santiago Ruano Rincón announced [1] that there
+will be  a Mini DebConf held at Popayan, Cauca on 19th-20th of August.
+Like the big DebConf there will be talks, hacklabs, bugsquashing and so
+on. The DebConf is organized through a wiki page [2]. All interested
