Bug#520323: wrong exit code when timeout not reached: tmp FIX

O Hai!

Because it doesn't look like the exit status problem of timeout command 
is going to be fixed anytime soon, this bug has been open for > 6 
years??, I patched the source myself using a patch by Drake Diedrich. 
I've confirmed the patch works nicely and am currently using it in a 
production environment.

I am a complete noob when it comes to this stuff, but maybe someone else 
is even more noob and finds my patch handy :) Check the link below for 
complete documentation what i've done and links to .deb packages for 
Lenny i386 and amd64 distro's.
