this is what I meant, keep the eventual transition for a 3.1-3.2 version
and upload the bugfix ABI stable one right now.

BTW with poedit is usually requested to test new wx versions, but I prefer to
avoid uploading something that might break ABI in the future.

Just lets hope 3.2 will not take too long to be released
(or I'll have to ask some boinc-related gtk transition to have the new webview package, sigh)
