[Fusioninventory-i18n] Plugin fusioninventory for GLPI

Hello!

I have released BETA3 of the plugin in version 2.3.0 for GLPI 0.78 :

This is the last beta and in some days, we will release the first RC.
For this, it could be great to translate the 3 plugins :
