After some discussions on IRC, it has been decided that the SVN 
repository is not the right place to put this kind of file. Therefore he 
LiveCD has been moved to:

   ftp://alioth.debian.org/pub/glibc-bsd/livecd/

The documentation has been updated in consequence.
