It depends on level of "Linux ABI emulation". 
syscall_futex is missing in syscalls.master, therefore it cannot be Linux 2.6 ABI.

Moreover I am afraid, that there is no linux64 emulation on FreeBSD 5.4 
at all (see amd64/conf/NOTES). 
So probably an FreeBSD/amd64 can have Debian GNU/Linux/i386 but not Debian 
GNU/Linux/amd64 chroot.
