These packages are not compatible with the backport.

If you want to run the backport, you will have to recompile pango
(gnome's font rendering engine).  freetype 2.1 is not backward
compatible with freetype 2.0.9 that is in woody, and it will break many
gnome2.2 and non-gnome2.2 packages.  See the debian-gtk-gnome archives
for details.  Your versions of fontconfig and libxft2 are also not
compatible.

that may help you.

What is the output of:
dpkg -l|grep bonobo

and
